The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III—PRIME-HRM shall comply with Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and respect the data privacy rights of all of its clients by protecting and securing custody of the personal data submitted through DILG PRIME-HRM.
The Data we may collect about you.
With your consent, we may collect and use different data types from and about you, including Personal Data and non-personal details. This data includes your:
- All personal information inside PDS – this includes your first name, last name, contact details, and all other information available on your Personal Data Sheet
- TOR and Diploma – includes your course information, grades, credits, and other educational information
- COE – includes your employment information (e.g., employment history)
- IPCR [For Internal Applicants] – includes your information about individual performance, commitment, and agreed-upon targets/objecives
Why do we collect your information?
The DILG PRIME-HRM collects your information to the extent permitted or required by the law, and enables the personnel of PRIME-HRM to identify and process the applicants thoroughly.
How do we protect your information?
The DILG PRIME-HRM shall implement appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal information under its custody.
